Don't Tread on Me
New album Don't Tread on Me drops August
16th and the new song "Don't Tread
on Me" is available for listening now
on 311.com and the band's MySpace site.
It'll be sent to radio stations on July
26th.
What does everyone think of the new song?
I like it. It's a lot different from
"Creatures" so don't expect
it being the first single to be anything like
Creatures.

Me personally, I like Don't Tread on Me. I
think 311 is one of the most versatile bands
out there.

That's what most people don't
understand; 311 doesn't try to copy music,
they have their own types. They never churn
out something of the exact same formula,
always something new and good. I think
it's some great music. If you get the
chance, you should check them out live.

i'm glad i waited till the 26th before
listening to it online. Dont tread on me is
catchy but hardly their best song. I miss
their jazzyness like in grassroots. Did you
get the vinyl? I really want to listen to
Little brother but i dont have a record

10 year listeners)...they're my favorite
band and i totally dig their older things.

Don't tread on me is a good song. Sounds a
little too much like amber in the verses. I
like the heavy bridge in the middle the most.

the way they can have a total different style
