The 3 of 3& (Tom Zink, Chris Wabich and Gannin Arnold) have played together (and separately) in the Los Angeles area for over 15 years in groups ranging from hard bop to R&B and Brazilian Jazz. In this their first recorded collaboration they are joined by Brian Bromberg and Jimmy Johnson on bass.
Collectively and individually they show a wide versatility both musically and stylistically. Having played with artists as vaired as Sting, Lalo Shifrin, Ronnie Laws, Steve Tyrell, George Duke, Joe Walsh and Lee Ritenour and Taylor Hawkins to name a few.
All three live in the Los Angeles area and split their time between live performance, touring and recording work. |
