| 700 South is a well known party band, specializing in energized rock covers. The band has been playing popular rock favorites in bars and events around the Atlanta area for over two years. Fronted by the dynamite rock-diva vocalist Lisa Weiland who originally hails from New York, NY, the band also features versatile guitarist/vocalist Reed Schwallie from Detroit, MI, and the rock-solid rhythm section of Bill Weiland on drums (also from New York, NY) and Casey Williams (originally from East Lansing, MI) on bass.
They have played in venues including American Pie, Sharky's Beach Club (Panama City Beach, FL), Houcks, Fado Irish Pub, The Dixie Tavern, Wild Wing Cafe, Hard Rock Cafe Atlanta's Velvet Underground, Bogey's, Montanas, The Derby, Jimmy P's, Taco Mac, The Scott Ferrall Radio Show (Real Radio 105.3 FM WMAX), Barnacles, Black Jack Grill, Docs, MVPs, The Firehouse, The Last Great Watering Hole, etc.
The band won the 2004 Bogey's Battle of the Bands and was a top five finalist in the Z-93 Classic Rock Starsearch Contest.
The band's repertoire is diverse and eclectic. They play a wide variety of party rock both new and classic including everything from Motown, British Invasion and Elvis up to the latest alternative hits (and everything rock in between!).
