A Thousand Shades of Cold formed in the fall of 2004. Since then the band has trekked through the worst of situations to reach a point of unstoppable force. Their music has taken its shape and formed to become a pounding hard rock band piercing through with a metal edge to stand above the rest. Their down-driven chord structures and progressions give an aura to their music that most are afraid to venture towards. They have attained an integral balance to their music's heavy and depressing structure's with melodies that breathe a life of boldness and beauty into the listener. Their sound demands your attention throughout the whole album carrying such an attitude only to be toppeled by their live preformance.
