Abdel Hazim started his career in the bellydance community as percussionist for dance classes and performances with European, Canadian, Morrocan, Tunesian and Turkish bellydancers.
He recorded his first album "Hatshepsut and other dances" named after the titletrack the "Hatshepsut" pharaonic music composition for woodwinds.
Abdel Hazim recorded "Tribal Bellydance" and "Bellydance revolutions" offering a different direction of soundscape featuring more Eastern and Central-Asian instruments such as Yu-qin and duduk besides Oriental en Western instruments. |
