Simon Leaves Abeline
Well its with deep sadness that Abeline have to anounce the departure of Simon "zammo" Robinson, Simon has been with Abeline for 18 months, ever since he came to the Netherlands to work. His departure has been on the cards for a while, ever since i relocated back to the UK. Being a bass player in a band thats located in another country has proved a bridge to far to cross. Abeline are very proud of the work we did with Simon, but its time for Abeline to look further forward, we need a bass player who's here all the time, Abeline are having a lot of success in the Netherlands and Simon just can't be here as much as he needs to be.
Abeline are pleased to introduce you too Jort Verhoeven. Jort replaces Simon on Bass, and did his first gig last night, 10/10/05, and he was a great success, so congratulations to him.
Simon will be motoring on with Guv'Nor, who are and have been his "First Love" for the last 6 years. There should be some new Guv'Nor tracks soon, just demos at the moment, but they're coming together ok.
