Adrian Baker made his debut as a singer on magnet/Epic Records in the United Kingdom. In 1975, he released his first solo album, Into a Dream (MAG 5009). From that album, he had several hits on Britain's Music Week charts and performed on the BBC’s “Top of the Pops” TV program several times. As a music producer, Baker is well known across Europe for his dance hit productions with the group Liquid Gold. However, in the United States, he is best known for being the falsetto voice for the touring Beach Boys band (on and off) since 1981 (1981-82, 1988 - 1993, 1998 - 2004). Baker was also a member of the Four Seasons with Frankie Valli from 1994-'95.
In the summer of 2000, Adrian and Tom Martin created a web site dedicated to the touring members (musicians) of the Beach Boys band. The following year, AdrianBakerproductions.com was also created. It features new music by Baker along with other artists.
Adrian has just released his sixth solo album, Runaway Tracks. He is currently touring with the band Papa Doo Run Run. |
