| The Aidos project is the work of Raoul Canivet, a young French artist who plays electronic abstract hip-hop by computer. Raoul started out in the late 90Ås playing bass guitar in the punk and noise music scene. After playing in several bands his interest in hip hop beats, synthetics sounds and dirty samples drove him in a new direction and the creation of The Aidos project. Boards of Canada, Amon Tobin, dj Shadow, Sixtwo, and Del Wire where some of the musical references for the project and the first album Ñdans une apologie béate du show business généraliséÇ. Aidos is something and someone to listen out for it. Sounds like the beginning of a cool and great adventure. |
