AMANDA NAGURNEY
Fans say that Amanda combines the rough side of Miranda Lambert with the powerful side of Sara Evans and the genuine side of Kellie Pickler in a totally unique way.
Singer Songwriter and Nashville Recording Artist Amanda Nagurney was born in Buffalo, New York and rose with the sounds of country music surrounding her. She recently finished her Debut Album "Gettin Out Of This Town" which she recorded in Nashville, TN at Soundshop Studios. It features a mix of Country/Rock, Country/Pop and Old Country. She began listening to country music at a very young age and realized by the age of seven that singing and performing is what she loved to do. She began taking vocal lessons and started singing all genres of music and took any chance she could to perform. But while on a trip to Nashville Amanda toured the Country Music Hall of Fame and recorded at the famous Ryman Auditorium, it was here as she learned the history of country music and found this is where her heart lies. She has sung the National Anthem for the Buffalo Bills, Sabres, World's Toughest Rodeo and the Buffalo Bison's. Amanda has worked with many local bands including Slo Burn, Wildfire, Copperhead Road, JC Thompson Band, Richie Derwald, Lenny Revell and The Diva Show.
Amanda has sung in a variety of venues including Festivals, Nightclubs, Fairs, she has opened for many Nashville Recording Artists including Phil Vassar, Joe Nichols, Sammy Kershaw, The John Corbett Band, The Locash Cowboys, Gavin Degraw and Miranda Lambert. She has been featured on several local CD Projects and being a philanthropist, she has sung for many local charities including: The Ride for Roswell, Connecticut Street Armory, Fort Drum, Children's Hospital, Hunters Hope, Red Cross, and many others.

In addition to her talents on stage she also enjoys songwriting and playing her guitar.
While currently attending college for music education, she is also involved with teaching others, working on her own music, recording her second album which is a blend of country and country/pop, performing, rehearsing and actively involved with outside vocal projects and events. She is currently in three local groups Wildfire Country Band, Glamour Girls Show and works with a local guitarist doing acoustic shows.
The spotlight isn't the only thing shining while she's onstage. With Amanda’s many years of vocal training, determination and drive, her love for performing brings excitement and adventure to any stage!
