American Chaos Theory is a story of persistance , heartbrake and celebration. In 2004 we formmed as the hard rock band "Raksasha." After releasing "Victem" an EP of origional material and many successful shows with lots of great local bands, we released our singer due to creative differences (code for he was an asshole.)We decided to start a whole new band with a whole new line up and direction. The result was "American Chaos Theory"
We do origional songs about love, life, death, adventure and awakening. Influenced by local acts like Tawl Pawl and Triple Dose as well as legends such as Hendrix, The Rolling Stones and The Doors. We combine rock, jazz, blues, poetry and theater in a powerfull stage performance.
Simply put we are acid rock at it's mind expanding and mind blowing best. At a time when everyone is screamming to 3 or 4 power chords or cutting themselves and whining emo songs it's nice to know that there is still music out here. |
