We're grunge metal band from the depths of Lawtown (Lawrence), Massachusetts. Originally formed in late 2002 then re-formed in late 2004 by guitarist/vocalist Orlando Diaz, Anatomi was a 3-piece band also consisting of bassist Jake Wilson and drummer Omar Diaz. After being re-formed in late 2004, at times things ran smoothly. Other times things ran rough due to a lack of balance and focus within the band. About 6 songs were completed before drummer Omar Diaz decided to part ways in July 2005 to pursue his solo rap project as Omen Delusion....
FAST FORWARD>>> JUNE 2006>>> After about an 11 long month hiatus, Anatomi was back in full force! Re-joining the band was former drummer (now on vocals/guitar) Omar Diaz and introducing brand new member, drummer Dylan Wilson (yeah, Jake's brother). This brought a new found focus and strength to the group....for a few months at least. Dylan (and Jake?) officially parted from Anatomi in mid-October 2006 returning the band to its "hiatus" status. Currently, Orlando and Omar are in the process of recording every Anatomi song written to date. Stay tuned to get a taste of what we here like to call...Baystate Grunge! Bitch.
