Sick and tired of down-tuned guitars? Depressed, self-conflicted lyrics? Screaming vocals? General slowness? Here's your escape. Angawen is a specimen of the European-style of melodic power metal, combining high-flying vocals, shredding guitars, intricate melodies, insane solos, and furious drums to create a scope of music as epic as the fantastical stories it captures.
ATTENTION: We are currently on the lookout for potential members in the Aquidneck Island or nearby area. We are looking for capable people; not first-timers. You need to be able to play complex and fast, have good stage presence, and be able to function within a group. We need a:
(1) vocalist, trained, and possibly adept at falsetto
(2) keyboardist, for symphonic elements such as strings, horns and synth
