Favorite song off City of Evil
What's everyone's favorite songs off of
City of Evil? I personally like: Bat Country
(the first single), Trashed and Scattered,
Sidewinder (definetly the most experimental
A7X song to date) and Strength of the World
(the part where the rest of the band screams
"Strength of the world!" is
stupid though).

from all the songs i've heard off the new
album so far (which is not that many) i'd
have 2 say Burn It Down, but i'm getting
the album in a few days so i'll b able 2
find out that is actually the best song or

I dont when it comes to favorite song I think
there all good but as for the MIA question I
thinks its missing in action corresponding to

To be honest, I haven't heard much of
thier new stuff yet. If its played on the
raido, I wouldn't know because I hardly
listen to the radio. But out of all their
songs, not just on City of Evil, I like
Forgotten Faces and the two I Won't See

I luv Beast and the Harlot off the new
Avenged Svenfold cd! But their old music is
still way better.

the most evil sounding tracks, and the choir

Ohh then I'll bet you'll be thrilled to
hear that Mtv is now adopting their music to
their airwaves. Sorry, but, A7X or any music
like that just does NOT go on Mtv. Now
everyones going be like "Oh, mtv

shit. that is my favorite because at the
concerts he sends a really good message and
says that it isn't about being republican
or democrat but uniting and supporting our
troops. i like waking the fallen better i can
listen to every single song on there all day
long and never get tired of it but they only
played three songs at the concert. i felt so
old at their concerts too everyone was so

Ok, I'm pretty sick of reading

"Old Avenged is so much
better!" blah blah blah. Its bullshit.
City of Evil is Avenged's best CD. Why? A
few reasons. First of all, its way more
melodic. The singing is phenomenal in just
about every single song. They got rid of the
majority of the screaming. Good. The
screaming makes it more emo than anything,
and no one likes an emo kid. 2ndly, the
instrumental has improved so much compared to
their previous albums. More focus on
instrumental talent has lead this album to be
awesome. Finally, the songs actually have
meaning to them. Beast and the Harlot is
about Babylon, Bat Country is based off of
"Fear and Loathing in Las
Vegas", Seize The Day sends out a
message of not wasting your life ect ect, and
MIA is about the life of a solider and what
its like to fight and then return to their
home country. Plain and simple, Avenged has
got more depth in their music, and it all
around sounds better.
As for my favourite song off the album, Id
have to go wtih either "Burn it
down" or "Trashed and
Scattered". TAS is so damn angry, I
love it. Burn it down just plain has some
wicked riffs in it that I dig. I haven't
taken this CD out of my car for 2 months now,
and Im not even close to sick of it.

I don't mind things played on Fuse.
I mean I guess it's hardly even different
than Mtv, but still.
I don't know, I just do not like Mtv at
all, with the exception of the Laguna Beach

lately my favorites have been Trashed and

FUSE is way better for music than MTV or
MTV2, or even VH1. FUSE actually plays
MUSIC!!
It seems all the other music channels are
doing regular TV shows all day long and
almost never play music except in the middle
of the night.
FUSE not only plays music most of the time,
but plays all genres as well.
