| Bambu Brothers is Dub Gabriel and Kerac, two NYC based multi-media artists. Dub Gabriel (Bass Jihad) is one of the leading voices in Dub Music today, having performed with the likes of Bill Laswell, George Clinton, Public Enemy and more. Billboard magazine has compared him to Laswell and Eno.
Kerac is a professional photographer, DJ, and producer. Born in New Zealand and of Lebanese descent, he's called NYC home for the past decade.
Together they bring Middle Eastern, African, and Indian influences together with a Dub sensibility and a stack of vintage keyboards and percussion. Dance music; good to go global. |
