| BeatGrindaz is a group of 5 Hip-Hop artists:K.I.South, Blue, Azell, Dice and J. K.I.South, Blue and J are the groups producers. Blue has been producin for around 8 years and rappin' for 10 now, Azell since he was around 8 and the two have been rappin' together now for around 8 years. Dice is Azell's younger brother and became somewhat of a protege around 4 - 5 years ago. Meanwhile, K.I.South had been producing tracks for many years and had developed an interest in writing while enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. He eventually got out of the military and was able to put that much more effort into perfecting his music. It was 2003 when he and Blue crossed paths at work. J had already been working with K.I. for a little while. They all connected, Azell joined in and so it began. Tracks were flying off the presses so rapidly that no one could get anything organized. 3 years later K.I thought up the name BeatGrindaz and we got to work on our first mixtape "Still Grindin' Vol.1".
