Rikki Storbeck (vocals), Troy Valiquette (guitar/vocals), and Jack Jasperson (drums) hail from the Racine area and have been playing together since 1989, when Bedlam existed under the names Paradise and Pleasure of Pain. Through this history, a tight knit unit of musicianship was formed. They’ve played numerous festivals and clubs, and also opened for national acts such as Quiet Riot and REO Speedwagon
With the addition of Brad Fisher (bass) to complete the lineup, Bedlam has really come into their own. Each member brings their own style and taste, resulting in an extremely dynamic band united by a passion for music and performance. They’ve gained a loyal following through fun and intense shows and solid, memorable songs. Bedlam crosses genre lines and does it well.
They say that one of the marks of a great rock band is the ability to bring it live, and Bedlam is a band that is best experienced at one of their infamous shows. Combining elements of both hard rock and modern melody, Bedlam is just the breath of dirty air that Wisconsin needs. Originals such as “Through These Eyes”, “Empty Room”, “Learning To Live”, and “Pretty Side”, just to name a few, are based on emotional hooks and pure aggression. Their ability to change things up, adding new tunes and sounds keep them fresh and appealing to audiences over & over again. Bedlam’s in your face stage show provides for a connection with their fans. Playing at clubs like Rooter’s, Hiawatha, Optyx, Kelly’s II, and others around Southeastern Wisconsin, they’ve had time to hone the explosive energy that their live shows have become known for leaving, no doubt they are positively in their element on stage. Milwaukee is in dire need of a party band with a rock edge, and Bedlam is here to provide!
