Co-founded in Montreal, Canada by guitarist Paul Deslauriers and pianist virtuoso Paul Buonassisi, these guys were tearing it up in the Great White North during the mid '90's, selling out clubs and woo-ing festival go-ers everywhere. They were deemed at the time to be one of Canada's hottest blues/rock bands, winning over fans everywhere they played.
Delivering a blend of blues, infused with only the best rock sounds of their time, they did it while respecting the masters that influenced them and while staying true to themselves. This music was drenched in sour-mash, cheap wine, and Mississippi mud. The result is a sound that's all their own... blues rock with balls!
On the verge of a major record deal, the band came to an unfortunate halt in December of 1996, when co-founder and pianist Paul Buonassisi sustained serious injuries in a near fatal car accident.
With the dawn of the internet, and the whole music industry undergoing a transformation like never before, perhaps these cats have nine lives afterall...
