Blind Sight distinguishes itself by bringing their style to the scene, consisting of raw thrash metal, combined with melodic influences and catchy chorus lines. The members from Blind Sight are inspired by old-school metal Gods as Metallica, Machine Head, Pantera, Fear Factory and Slayer. Blind Sight is renowned for their energetic appearance and manage to let the crowd lose themselves in the pumping metal sound, over and over again.
Early 2004, Blind Sight released its debut EP “Lies in Conviction”. During the following period of time, they played all the big venues in the Netherlands, hosted a radio show for the famous Dutch Kink FM Radio, played with numerous leading bands like Avenged Sevenfold, Within Temptation. and did a small headline tour true Spain, Portugal and France.
With the release of their first full-length album “The Tenderstrike Salvation” March 2006 on Gang Style Records (GSR) the band has been on a roll. The album was extremely well received by the national as well as the international media. As a full service band the production as well as the artwork of the album was done by the band itself. After the release of their debute album Blind Sight played with bands like Machine Head, Hatebreed, Agnostic Front, Madball, Caliban, Darkest Hour, Cephalic Carnage, Evergreen Terrence and did a European tour with The Black Dahlia Murder. Blind Sight’s biggest goal, to conquer the world of contemporary metal, has begun!
