ABOUT MY USERNAME
gawd. ok so this kid messaged me about my user name, and what i said back is basically what i think people should know.
this is what he said:

this is what i replied back:
k, for one, i don't like punk rock. i am aware what the music is that i listen to; Emo, hardcore, Indie, Experimental etc. I am not interested in punk rock what so ever. my username, i made like 2 years ago.. and its a joke. because i personally don't like punk at all. its an inside joke. and if your really care what the inside joke is i would be happy to share, but it doesn't really matter. and im sorry hah, your calling me a poser? in what way am i a poser? i think people who change because of the people they hang around with are posers. i am friends with many different groups of cliques, and i didn't change just because of the way the think, act, and dress. In your profile... "I am STArting TO Be A Punk FrOm My FrIends I Hang With At sChool !ThEy are StraiGHt Up PunkS tHey Hate Emo! F UCK EMO!!!!!!!!!" and i know that everyone steriotypes everyone else. but saying you hate emo people... thats kinda lame. because by saying you hate emo people is saying you hate everyone. emo means emotional. everyone is emotional. so you hate youself? thats good for you. the day you actually find someone without emotion, let me know. and BTW i never said once in my life that i was emo. emo is a way you act. not how you dress, and just because someone listens to emo music doesn't make them emo. i listen to the music i like, because i can relate, everyone can relate to emo music. i actually like some pop, and i like rap. does that make me a prep/emo/gangster? i don't think so. and don't call yourself a punk. punk is your personality, not the way you look. no no, your not a punk. your ignorant. what grade are you in? 8th? you have a lot to learn.

I don't want to sound rude, but lots of punk rock is also emo. If you've ever listened to Simple Plan's "Welcome to my Life", you would probably understand that better. But i see you are a very difficult person to sway, and i respect that. Please don't take this message the wrong way. |
