Sounds Like....?
I need your help, my friends. In trying to prepare press kits and setting up Huck on various websites, I have been unable to answer one very basic question. I'm constantly asked "Your band sounds like...?" and or often phrased "Similiar to...?" and I never know how to answer. You've all been exposed to this material for months now. How would you answer this question?

Well... I'll take the leap and say I feel you speak of the 'Hucks' perfectly in your description as you do on mixsposure! K? (whew.. that was easy!!) Big Hucks to ya!!! |

I agree with dj on the Elton part for SURE on the keyboards and the vocal. Tim's voice also has a taste of Lindsey Buckingham. I like the country/rock flavour!, Elton did a lot of that! The guitar work is fab y'all:)!! |

Aside from you having an edge of originallity, I would say that you guys sound slightly simillar to Frank Black and the Catholics. Which is a good thing, in my view. |

I saw the Pixies live before (Frank's former band) - wow man! Talk about knowing how to perform. lol! I bet your band would be pretty damn neat live too. Keep on keeping on, dude. :o) |
