Yet another C-Lina'er (Carolina) coming to da stage with a flavor like Ludacris, proving that "ain't the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog". Betta what out now...once these eargasms take a bite out your lyrical libido...it's a wrap! You'll be like Boi...don't stop (get it, get it...lol)!!!

Sunday, July 23rd, 2006 Dennis Paul Nostalgia, nostalgia, nostalgia...listening to this music I am reminded of the 80's feel good rock like that of one of my favorite movies from that period..."The Breakfast Club". The vocals are reminiscent of that tune that plays at the end of the movie...I forget the artist and the title but the chorus went "Don't you forget about me..."...man I loved that song, that sound, that feeling...Props to Dennis Paul for giving me that deja vu!

Friday, July 21st, 2006 In Due Time... It is my intention to blog about every isound I friend/artist I approve. Now, don't take it personal if I'm not feeling your music...the chances of which are slim, b/c as previously stated I am music connoisseur! Just a warning that this is my intent. I will make comparison and possibly critique lyrics, etc. All which you can ignore (no harm, no foul), or use (nothing wrong with giving thanks). Having said that nothing else to do but just sit back, relax and let the music play.

Tuesday, July 18th, 2006 Tenacious Star I just finished sampling her vocals and they are superior. Now run tell dat...while they sound so familiar to the ear and traditional she manages to put her own flare, inflection and intonation on these classic hymns. If you don't believe...you will after hearing her blow "Precious Lord" and "His Eyes Is on the Sparrow" *whew* man, like Nettie said (from the Color Purple) "I just vibrated"...lol. Be good people and let the music play.
