For Artists/Fans-Cool Concept
As a fan, I say the-talkies.com is finally here. Many people who read this will ask, "Who the hell are The Talkies and why should I care?" Let me explain.
The Talkies are a European rock/pop band from Osnabrueck, Germany. The Talkies Web Promotion Team and THE TALKIES ARMY have combined forces with Bjoern Eilen, creator of The Talkies, to develop a truly interactive site for fans and and fellow indie artists alike.
There are many cool sections for fans like free ringtones, free myspace layouts, etc.
But the best part for artists is that there are areas dedicated to providing information on web promotions and other useful items. Personally, I think this is a really cool concept because most artists do not want to share their trade secrets.
Of course, I want to give a shout out to iSOUND.com for providing a great site to find artists like The Talkies, Behind Bars, ThomBob, and Silver Maiden.

Anyone who enjoys dark rock/metal should go check out Silver Maiden. Silver Maiden, which was initiated by Sammy Maiden in 2005, is a mix of dark rock and metal with great female vocals...They are on isound and are listed as one of my favorite artists...They are also on Myspace...Silver Maiden on MyspaceBe sure to check them out! Definitely worth it!!
