WHEN DAYS BECOME NITE
WHEN DAYS BECOME NIGHT

staring into the sky
looking at the moon shining bright
i thought of you and the life we could have had
but now the moon she shines all day and she shines all night
life's a quirky dark reflection of our intellect and perfection
and as i stand here i find myself lost for words
i just don't know what to say
all the dreams we had all the future's we could see
a world so modern so clean transpires into a reality
unforeseen
there was no time left chaos had taken hold all the governments
were struggling for economic resolve
millions on the dole
millions begging in the street
millions slipping in to there drug induced sleep
dreaming of the designer future they could not reach
the hungry few sit and pilot the final war
while the planet in turmoil the sea begins to boil
as we let the radiation bomb go
we all new it was the final struggle for control
staring into the sky looking at the moon shining bright
i can't help but wonder is it
day or night

who's at the controls
we are all astronauts
travelling on a space ship called earth
travelling through time and space
endlessly
we are the human race
we seem to have one desire
to construct the world
to construct the world
into are funeral pyre
we are the human race
and we travel through all this endless time
and empty space
on a space ship called earth
we are the human race

poem
As the sun sets

our sun blackened by our science
the land polluted as we strive to provide
our children's minds torn between two lives ?
can't live in denial any longer
destroying all we have found
just so we can have more of the same
again and again
modified repackaged painted pretty
pay more value added tax
v.a.t
privilege payments so that we can have
false economy it will stop
world bank,globalization,centralization,dis information
so many seem lost looking for what nobody knows
suddenly forced to think about what they've got
motor cars,building plots,mortar,rocks
living on credit, trapped into a work ethic
pathetic look at the love we've lost
supported by chemicals so that we can keep up with there clock
i don't understand i need some help
I'm not sure i can't cope how longs a piece of rope
economies, societies it's what i see and it all looks wrong to me
lies spoken with a smile denial with grin
politicians that can't express there mind
when confronted don't hold there ground
they speak there words and take our pounds
printing posters so large
smoother-ed in polices that have grown so old
trying to convince us to get are vote
millions spent on such a simple event
instantly makes you think the systems bent
this is the sort of thing that i don't understand
can't get my head around
brought up proud
constantly put down
we'll build a hospital.we'll build a school
help the farmers and steel workers of your town
we'll put more police on the street
we'll spend millions on a poster campaign just to get an extra seat
the solutions there simple plain to see
it's down to you and it's down to me
to change what we see
to make the world how we'd like it to be

CHARLIE HEART

CHARLIE HEART

His name was Charlie heart and he had come from a future
So cruel, polluted, unclean. Destroyed by his fellow man.
His world was ravaged with design, his thoughts tormented with the question
“WHY”
The past just a window in his mind.
Charlie heart smiles and laughs as he takes out the witches and wizards of are time.
A future assassin makes no mistake. If you've got that technical break the telepathic connection he will make and your thoughts he will take.
Charlie heart has been sent to stop it before it starts.
Charlie hearts clever, he's pretty smart.
A future assassin.
No need to kill uses his magic and erases your mind at will.
Sent from a future to it's past Charlie heart stops mans mad advance.
The sadness in his heart you will never know, unless your one of the chosen few.
If you stair into his eye's you'll feel the coldness that they hide.
Condemned to taking others thoughts, Charlie heart never cries he just thinks of the
Future that he denies, no green tree's no deep blue seas, no stars at night just
Reflections of the neon light's biosphere cities, sodium suns and protein pills.
He smiles,sighs
And whispers to the night
“ This is what you begun.”
I'm Charlie heart and I'm sent from a future to my past to stop my fellow mans mad advance.

poem
FEELING LOST

the sun doesn't shine anymore in the place that I've found
i think that I'm lost it's so profound
I've been here for quite some time and I've done my best
but it doesn't seem to have been enough i guess
as i relapse back into that comfortable place
I'm spending my life running from myself
the way i live becoming critical to the point that i cannot think
until she fills me with that loving kiss that sends my mind into
spiraling bliss
i don't know why i do what i do living my life on a merry go round
feeling like a child lost in the crowd
lost in a fantasy fairground
i can see you as i walk i can see you frown but the world for me
it was up side down
nobody offered me a helping hand so i designed a future with what i could find
I'm guilty i know but I'm not a bad person and i wish i could stop
but without her inside i feel so lost
i don't understand why i can't resist her as she offers me her hand
even though i know she'll eventually take me down
i look in a mirror and i see the other
a pale reflection my vampire brother
