| Bonaparte is a rock and roll band based in New Bedford that began in the summer of 2004. It was started by Nick (vocals) and Dan L. and Dan M. (guitar) as a way to write and preform music that didn't suit their current band, the little known lo-fi comedy driven project called Poop Them Out. Later, they would add Steve on drums and Alec on bass to complete the band. Together they write simple rock and roll music, varying in styles but never lacking in substance.
