The Brother L.C. grew up in the in N.E. Baltimore he took and interest in Hip Hop listening to Getto Boy K.R.S. Run D.M.C and P.E.etc He Learn how to flow from street cyphers, underground hip hop shows open mic events and setting up Party in Abandoned houses. After running the street for 15 year L.C. decided to Seperate his Music for the Street and put his creates to work.
