In 2003, CALABRESE was formed by the three brothers Calabrese, Davey, Bobby, and Jimmy. The brothers, from Phoenix, AZ, have combined Gothabilly looks, B-movie drive-in lyrics and a Rock n' Roll sound. CALABRESE has been described as "melodic, hook-laden, catchy, fun, horror-themed Rock with a Punk attitude." Blasko, the bassist for ROB ZOMBIE and Ozzy Osbourne states, "I think CALABRESE is one of the top Horror Rock bands I have heard."
Most will agree that the first release, "13 Halloweens," on SPOOKSHOW RECORDS confirms claims that CALABRESE is in fact the World's Greatest Horror Rock band. With a projected release date for 2007, CALABRESE plans to follow the "black magic thunder" of the instant Cult Classic "13 Halloweens," by entering the studio and the edge of sanity, to once again record an album which will guarantee CALABRESE a place in Horror Rock N Roll History! "Brothers Bobby, Jimmy and Davey have not only been gifted with a last name that doubles as a great band name...which, much like 13 Halloweens, is destined for cult status." - GOTHIC BEAUTY MAGAZINE.
