Calefaction was formed in 2001 when four of our members (Jonny, Owen, Sam and John) were but 11 years old (Dan was 14 i think). At first we were playing covers like Nirvana and pop-punk bands (sound familiar) but that didnt last very long, we were all turned on to bands like Metallica and Iron Maiden and decided that was the kind of music we wanna play. We recorded a Demo CD in early 2005, it has 8 origional tracks (3 of which can be heard on here), at the moment we are trying to get as many gigs as we can get our hands on so, if you want us to play at your venue or with your band, please dont hesitate to email us. |
