BIO / HISTORY
The Carnival Dawgs formed in 2004 as the "Mushroom Fantastica Band" based out of Mid Western Ontario with three members in the band. Squeak Stainton is the guitarist, Dennis Hamm is the bass guitar player and lead vocals. Lastly but not least Steve Templeman is the drummer and also a lead vocalist.
All three members had played with fantastic success in the previous group Shroom Jaw for more than 10 years. During this period released two videos that made prime time Indie Spotlite on Much Music plus a few live T.V appearances. Along with this the band made 3 independent cd's before Shroom Jaw's demise in early 2004 due to the departure of an original member.
Located in Wingham & Blyth this power trio offers 3 sets of well rehearsed "original" riff based hard rock music.
Now ready to embark upon another summer with a whole new enthusiastic set.
