Contract Rights
EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS:
Credit still granted to me for production, but all rights of Composition belong to the buyer. It also entitles you to use it for any and all commercial purpose. Composition cannot be resold. The buyer must have an understanding that the Composition may have been licensed before and those people are still entitled to their license. Royalties will be discussed.
SEMI EXCLUSIVES:
Credit still granted to me for production, and ALL rights of Composition still belong to producer and also can still be sold for Exclusive/lease Rights. but this right entitles you to use it for any and all commercial purpose. Composition cannot be resold by buyer. The buyer must have an understanding that the Composition may have been licensed before and those people are still entitled to their license. You may sell up to 150,000 copies of the songs that you make with these beats. If you sell more than 150,000 copies, you will have to contact us to negotiate a royalty contract.
LEASING RIGHTS:
If you purchase with this option, it entitles you to use it for one commercial purpose (album, mix-tape, etc.). The track will continue to be available for both rights to be purchase by anyone. You may sell up to 1,000 copies of the songs that you make with these beats. If you sell more than 1,000 copies, you will have to contact us to negotiate a royalty contract.
CUSTOMIZE BEATS
-1 BEAT FOR $175
-3 BEATS FOR $450
-Anything different from our policy 1 beat for $500 plus
This beat will be made THE WAY YOU WANT IT. You can pick your specific producer. The producer will start creating the beat once we receive the FIRST PAYMENT. Once, the beat is 50% done, he will then send you a preview (by email) of the beat so you can give any adjustments that you want to it. After we make the final changes, and we receive the next payment. Then we'll send the beat out either through e-mail or we can mail it on Cd
