Casual Backflip began as an acoustic duo, then became a six member rock band, and is now a 4 piece. Our style ranges from laid back jars of clay acoustic stuff to a heavier Kutless style rock. It's not unusual for us to to hear people say "I liked your Evanescence song" when talking about one of our originals. Not sure if they think we were doing an Evanescence cover or if that was just the only way they could think of to describe it...Our style is a bit of a mangled wreckage of band members with varying tastes from folk to jazz to heavy metal so it's rather hard to give ourselves a label. I think we might just leave the labelling up to everyone else. If you'd like to tell us what genre we are that would be cool...would make festival and compilation cd applications alot easier. Anyway,
