Drummer Andy and bassist Keith are the funky backbone of Chichino. These two brothers in soul drive the band along, and provide a groovy beat that's guaranteed to have your feet itching to hit the dancefloor.
Guitarist, Gary not only brings his cool riffs and lightning licks to the sound, but also provides the backing vocals of Chichino.
Narelle completes the Chichino line-up, with her piano and organ sounds that are right at the forefront of their beautiful stuff! She also leads the vocal mix, and has the soulful voice that compliments her songwriting skills.
Chichino are gloriously upbeat and have had people dancing since the summer of 2003, playing regularly in London, Manchester, and their home city of Leeds, and gracing such prestigious venues as Jazz Café (London), HiFi Club (Leeds) and Life Café (Manchester). They’ve appeared live on BBC Radio Leeds, BBC Radio Cleveland and Radio Aire. They’ve also been featured on National FM Radio 2 in Macedonia! They’ve attracted the attention of both local and national websites, magazines and newspapers. Recently they topped internet radio station Aiiradio’s chart with their debut single “It Could Happen To You”.
