| The band started to take shape at the beginning of 2002 when Jamie(guitar) and Lee(drums) wanted to form a band. After having a brief stint with former band member James Cox, they offered James(vocals) if he wanted to sing for the band. All they needed was a bassist and they found one in Jon. Now the band is complete, and over the course of the past year, Containd have produced some brillinat songs. Now they are starting to gig in the local area, so watch out!
