| D-Crew is a group out of kansas city thats tryin to do somethin a little different with our music. When people hear rap all they think about is cursing drugs, alcohol, and degrading women. In the first album thats exactly what we did, curse, drink, smoke and degrade women. But things are different in "The Second comming." Were tryin to turn away from puttin all our buisness on tracks. On our new album there is nothin that brings down the dignity of women and theres only minimal cursing (but sometimes you have to just to get the feeling). Its something we know people are still gonna be able to vibe to though.
Our moto on the second albulm is "Get Yo Grown Man on." Basically its time to step it up. It aint all about how you dress or how many females you know, but more of how you carry yourself, or your "swag". I'm not saying you shouldnt dress fly or meet new females, but it takes more to "Get Yo Grown Man On."
Right now D-Crew is working with 3 very talented rappers and 1 vocalist. Every single member has been born and raised in Kansas City. And that aint a easy job in a city that 70+ murders just by the end of July. We've seen alot of things and done alot of things but why tell it all. We feel that brodcasting filth just glorifies the things were not proud of and convinces other people to make the same mistakes. So to prevent all that, we just stay fly and make music you can vibe to.
