David Reid was born on May 15,1973 in the lovely and vibrant Twin Island of Trinidad & Tobago. David has had a passion for music from a young boy, he pursued and mastered the art of the steel drum.
In 1994 David toured the United States with Our Boys Steel Orchestra. After seeing what the US had to offer he migrated. At that time he joined a band called Insomnia where he learned his vocal talent. After a short success Insomnia parted to pursue other interest and David became the Musical Director and Lead Singer for the band he created, Tambrin. Tambrin toured the San Francisco Bay Area performing in night clubs, restaurants and for special events.
He is currently recording his first album which will be released shortly. The charismatic David will not only make you wine down low with his Soca tracks like “On the Stage”, but will draw you in with his sweet and sexy voice when singing some of his "hot" tracks like “Tuff to Top” and “50/50 Love”. He created his first video in his home land of T&T based on sound track of “Memories”. So watch and listen out for this up coming talent.........David Reid!. |
