xxx..If your willing to listen.....I'm able to kic it. My music venture started at home digging into my moms records to see what was there......a little bit of soul, jazz,latin,reggae,disco,classical....e.t.c. When i first heard rap music i was stunned!!!!!! It was love at first bite. I had to get some more. I was always running the streets so it was easy for me to find any block,park,center,basment,backyard,project,club,party. Me and homies would ride around and roll down all the windows and listen for the bass in the parties. If it wasn't thumping from as far as 2 blocks. We wouldn't mess with it...lol. I would always be the one to line up and rap my heart out to the crowds because i truly felt the music and the deeper struggle within it. I was always getting compliments, but due to my running the streets my career was always being postponed. This is just a quick relational tool of how it was postponed....not to brag or nothing.....just to let yall feel me....because we have too many brothers and sisters locked up. I'm also putting together on my page a place where everyone can come and find something that they need,want,like or just wannna hang around and spend time window shopping....lol. It will be like a one stop shop. Let's come together on my space and assist each other in our endeavors. Please.......leave the hating,jealousy,anger....outside before peeping out this site. We must start to be real with each other.....since it always last longer and feels so good within self. When the truth is spoken...it's medicine...because it heals you. That's what Deep One stands for, by us coming together to open up businesses, own buildings, own land, own raw resources, we uniting in a way that will last for decades to come, look at the pyramids, there're still here. They are a shining example of when my people put their heads together of the greatness they can accomplish. What I've noticed is that every family by their selves is struggling to make it in this day, and time. We have a great fold of creative people within our communities. But, they're growth is being stunted due to the slim resources. So in that sense we have to come together in order to fulfill our legacy. Every race comes together to invest in their peoples future. Why not us, it is time for us to trust, respect, understand, heal, love, and unite with each other. I'm tired of the tribalism. That's our brothers, and sisters that we are hating on. We have to remove our selves from the small ways of thinking, and look at the whole picture. We have to stop just wanting to have a piece of the cake when we are entitled to having ownership of the company that baked the cake. I stand to be corrected, but The Million Man March could have brought in a million dollars to open up some companies if everybody was willing to give a dollar a piece. That way we would have had something to show for our unity. Don't get me wrong I'm not knocking the cause. I just like to see the results standing there like the pyramids. Why should we unite, because , after what happened in New Orleans, that should be a wake up call for us all over the world to understand the situation, and start to invest in each other quickly. Let's not get caught with our pants down again. The way I want to set the account up is that every one who gives a dollar or more will have a ceritficate of ownership of the companies, and land, and so forth. They will have the option of selling back or keeping their ceritificates to earn more profits. I'm looking to conduct business with our black banks first, and foremost. Each one of us have natural gifts and talents that we was born with to share with the world. We have doctors, nurses, cooks, teachers, plumbers, carpenters,truck drivers, e.t.c. Now what i'm seeing is that the doors are being closed, and held open for a selected few. So in that case we have to have more of our businesses in order to satisfy our peoples demand of the work force. Aren't you tired of having to dress, and act in a certain way in order to be hired or to keep your job. It makes you very uncomfortable don't it. Why, because it's stripping you of your culture.....if the boss man of the company really cared about your health or your culture, I'm quite sure he would've let you wear your Dashiki or Nubian gear. When I see my sisters in those high heels doing their best to pay them bills. It makes me wanna holla! Because, that's unnatural, and causing serious damage to the hips, and spinal cords. I stand to be corrected, but why is we wasting our time building up others legacies, when we should be building ours first, and then we can go help in others front, and backyards. We need a serious healing process right now. One of the best ways is to show real sincere unity by coming together with this movement. Use me as a channel my brothers, and sisters to shine light upon our situation. To my brothers worldwide, don't let peer pressure or alcohol, or drugs make you wanna disrespect your sisters no matter what condition you or she may be in. Our sisters was the ones carrying us when we couldn't walk. The ones feeding us when we couldn't eat. The ones hiding us when the man wanted to take us away from our families. The ones who came to visit us, and send money when our butts was in jail. And, then we're gonna turn around, and call them out their name or lift a hand towards them. MMM_MMM_MMM! My brothers always put your beautiful sisters on QUEEN status! They was blessed with the wisdom to assist us men on our journey through this wilderness. I'm tired of seeing my brothers beat down on my sisters. When I was still in my ignorant ways I used to run in the streets, and look for a man to fight rather than beat down on a sister who can't defend herself. I'm not saying to go out, and beat a brother down lol. We just have to find more conducive ways of letting go of society ills upon us. Like,working out,or having a mission, goals in life as to what i'm suggesting as this movement. And, we wanna know why our sisters are scared of us to this day. My brothers, we can never own a woman like a car, we can just compliment them with our coming together of understanding. The reason why we feel so down when we fall apart from our loved ones is , because we've invested all of our feelings into someone. And, really didn't save any for our selves. We have to stay balanced in relationships. Otherwise the breaking up process can be dangerous, when one side feels he/she can't live without the other. We have a lot of healing to do for both my brothers, and sisters. My sisters you are the most important part of that healing process. Yes, we have to believe in ourselves, and to stay strong, at the same time we're gonna need all the support you can give. My sisters you are the ones with the true healing powers, and others have noticed, and are quickly trying to steal you away, in order to leave us with no strenght. Later on in up-coming compostions I will give you a more in-depth understanding of your true strenght that lies within you. Until then listen closely to what Eryka Badu sings about,it's good information. People have asked me what kind of movement is this. It's a movement for our people to be able to go to bed with food in their stomachs. For our people to not to have to be homeless. For our people to not to have to wait on welfare, or SSI. For our children to realize how much we cared about them that in spite of all the turmoil we still came together to leave a golden path for them as did our ancestors before us. Let's invest in this worthy cause, since we are worthy of it. Forget just donating money, let's open up businesses, buy out companies, buy up raw resources, buy up land, and so forth. It's time for some action! I wanna see, wanna feel, wanna hear, my real-really-real brothers, and sisters out there make some noise, and get back at me A.S.A.P! Why put off for tomorrow what we can do today.
