The first idea of playing together occurred in 1992, when Sergio (guitar), Marcelo (vocal), Gustavo (bass) and Hamilton (drum) met at a Rock Festival in São Paulo, Brazil, and started complaining about the lack of good traditional Heavy Metal bands, not only in that Festival, but in the music scene at all. So them decided to put a band together and a few days later they began the rehearsals, just playing some covers songs from Saxon, Judas Priest, AC/DC, but nothing serious. During the first years they played only in a few parties in the College. Only in 1998 they decided to take the band seriously and along with covers songs from Saxon, Angel Witch, Gaskin, White Spirit, Holocaust, etc. they began to write their own songs. The first promo-tape is untitled “We Wear...”, which was recorded in 2000. On September/2001, they recorded a promo-CD, untitled “Too Damn Loud!”. In April 2003 were invited to be part of a compilation CD of brazilian unsigned bands that was organized by brazilian Metal Magazine Valhalla. This compilation, called “Valhalla Demo Section” was released in December 2003. The next release happened in March 05 and it is a compilation vinyl with other 3 brazilian bands, by Dark Sun Records. The next release was: “The Riddle Masters- A Tribute to Manilla Road" by Solemnity Music form Germany. The following was a tape discography untitled “Set The Spirit Free”, released by Slava Production form Thailand.
In may 2008 the band has signed a contract with Kill Again Records (Brazil) for the release of their debut album, entitled "Watch out !!!". The album contains 11 tracks of the purest Heavy Metal, influenced by bands from the N.W.O.B.H.M, including "Evil Games“ (Angel Witch's cover song). "Watch Out!!!" was released in the same year that Denim and Leather complete 10 years of activities.
