They're j-rock. I only like a few of their songs. | BLASTT |
Like stated there a very popular JRock band one of the most popular in all of Japan and have been so for several years now. They acctually are international. They toured in Germany and France. There music is sold world wide now. They even have a fan club in Germany along with one of the bigest fan clubs there are in Japan call A knot. Listen to some of there music. You'll understand and then once you've heard it go look up the translations that just makes it even better. | akagawa17 |
I think Diru rock! they are my favourite band! its great that they have now went international cause I love them! | Rose-raine |
I love them!! I cant believe they made it on the list either. I was like, "WOAH!" And it does suck that they arent international, because you cant find their CD's anywhere and it's a pain in the ass to order online. | bloodstains |
Acctually they are international. There cd's are avalible in pretty much anywhere in all of Asia, and many parts of Europe. I believe their cd's are sold im Britian, France, Germany and Spain. Possible more also. America is just incredible slow on the distrobution of the Japanese pop culture that the youth of today craves. America has always been slow to take up what Japan puts out. Each anime you see there is atlest two years old if not more in the Japanese society. Only the biggest of names in music in Japan ever get any recogntion by most American's if any at all. It's not that their not international it's just the simple fact that America and Canda if I'm not mistacken have always been slow on the up take. I mean you can even find Dir en Grey cd's in Mexico. | akagawa17 |
yeah..i use to be really into this band. not so much anymore, but i do enjoy them | shadowbug26 |
oh jeez now I just have to go to Mexico or Britain....lol thanks though. | bloodstains |
It's true. America is just incredibly slow. Dir en Grey is one of the top international bands. I mean if you go look up there interviews the BBC has a ton on them Germany, France and other such nations have such interviews as well. In Dir en Greys live in Berlin the crowed over powerd Kyo and he had to stop singing because he couldnt be heared over them. I mean I dont rember if I've allready said this but Germany even has a offical fanclub and acctually america is pushing to get one also. | akagawa17 |
| i wish i lived somewhere with better music... | bloodstains |
