| The Divide grew from the ashs of 80's rock band "Deviator". Garth Coupland (Vocals)and Simon Bateman (Bass) recruited old friend Howie Marsh (Guitar), and Garth's son, Ross (Guitar, Keys) to take up the challenge. Paul Oxborough later completed the line up on drums. The new line up took some of the old bands songs, updated and re-worked, and wrote some new ones. These were then recorded in a home studio, and released as a self titled album, then taken on the road to an unsuspecting public! Currently the band are recording a second album which is as yet untitled. |
