jim is a jenius
well im pretty new here at isound but id like to share with others my appreciation for music (mainly the doors) jim morrison has taught me that besides sanity and self respect there is not much else to gain in this world. u would think this is a depressing realization but no...it satisfies me alot. i wanna know what u think...because i really do care... i mean as far as jim ...

jim is a genius he knew how to exspess human
emotions through words well. i dont theink
the movie the doors is bogus i thot it was

yea, it is a biography, but i like the way
the authors put it together, they tell alot
of stories about what happened so its like
your reading his life but its not like other
biographies where they just say main events

yea, he is a complete jenius. Most ppl just
dont understand his poetry. Y do u think the

But the music they create is fantastic. The
guitarist, rob i think, is very good. They

The reason i think that Jim rules the most is
because all of his antics on stage was
actually HIM doing it-not like some musicians
who don't really act that way but just do
it to gain an image-does anyone else know

Yes, I understand what you are saying. Unlike
say The Rolling Stones for instance, there
were no forced "power stances"
or the like. Just pure Morrison essence that
he oozed. The drugs merely enhanced his
antics.
Over used statement I know, but JIM MORRISON
IS A GOD. That book, No One Here Gets Out

"Life, Death, Legend" is
another great Morrison bio. It really
explores why Jim was the way he was. I'd
