The quintet includes drummer Bob Jenkins, bass player Jim Preziosa, guitarist Joe Wilkinson, vocalist John Kosco, and former Godsmack guitar player, Lee Richards. Dropbox blend a heavy mix of nu-metal, classic rock, and blues with a few modern tweeks, which result in an agressive style that owes as much to AC/DC as it does to Alice In Chains and Pearl Jam. The group was the first to sign to Godsmack vocalist Sully Erna's imprint Realign label. Produced by Dave Jerden (Alice In Chains, Jane's Addiction, The Offspring), and Dropbox guitarist Lee Richards, their self-titled debut was released on April 13, 2004.
