End of Reason go back to the early days of Autumn 2003. After being friends for several years and sharing a love for writing and performing music , Ben Bruce, Khalid Al-Mashgari and James Murray decided to form a band. Along with some very talented school friends they formed the band Amongst Us. Just as the band started to mature they found that members were soon to be leaving Dubai bringing them their first real problem. It was around this time that things started to change for the band.
New material was written, new members joined, new equipment was bought, a new band was born. The name came from days of trying to find a band name with reason and meaning to it, without much luck the band ended their tiresome search for a name with a deep meaning and reason, thus End of Reason was born.
With James Murray on vocals, Ben Bruce on guitar, Cliff Cartman on bass and Anmol Pinto on Drums the band were ready to unleash their music on the general public.
The band are all bound together through their mutual love of music, creativity and their friendship. They play a unique style of music consisting of Emo/Screamo style vocals fused with Nu-metal guitar riffs, metal/groove drums and heavy attacking bass lines.
The band draws influence and inspiration from various bands such as - Metallica, Trivium, Funeral for a Friend, Avenged Sevenfold, Blindside, My Chemical Romance, From First to Last, Lost Prophets, Bleed the Dream, A Static Lullaby, From Autumn to Ashes and Bullet For My Valentine.
