Ensuing Silence has been said to be "the most exciting up and coming act in the Canadian underground scene" and "a sonic assault on the senses". This Canadian 3-piece band isn't really "based" per se. They are more like nomads that set up camp wherever there's enough electricity to power their amps.
Though Lee and Chris remained a constant force in ES, the band went through several lineup changes since they first formed. It was thus that ES lost their drummer before they could complete their album, "In Cognito," in 2005. Still, Lee and Chris, with thier consummate musicianship and shredding riffs, had always been the foundation of the band--and so they forged on into the new year searching for a replacement. In January of 2006, they found drummer Bob Little, whose monstroulsy dynamic rhythms proved a perfect fit for the compelling and intense sounds of ES. Now Ensuing Silence is stronger than ever, and solid as a rock. They're ready to roll, and you can look for them in a venue near you! |
