Eve 6 is a modern alternative-rock trio that released their self-titled debut when they were still in their teens. The core of the band Max Collins and Jon Siebels signed a contract with RCA while they were still in high school. But, it took them two years and a new drummer (Tony Fagenson) to release the debut in the spring of 1998. Two years later the band released the sophomore follow up 'Horoscope'. The album eventually went gold with the radio-friendly singles "Promise" and "Here's to the Night" which were also a Top 40/MTV smash. The band toured the globe throughout 2000 and 2001 and began to write songs for a third album. Just as the band was ready to release the new album, Collins was arrested for indecent exposure in May 2003. But, the band got back on their feet and released 'It's All In Your Head' two months after the incident.
