| Bass and drum rock duo Evil Beaver, was founded in Chicago, by front woman, Evie Evil, in 1999. In 2000, Evil Beaver released the debut CD "Lick It" followed by "Pleased To Eat You" in 2003. Both titles recorded and mixed by Grammy-nominated producer Dave Trumfio ( Billy Bragg and Wilco, The Breeders) at Kingsize Studios (Los Angeles, CA & Chicago, IL).* In March of 2006, follow up E.P., "Models of Virtue", featuring EVIE EVIL (electric lead bassist & vocalist) & GENE "HONEY B" TRAUTMANN (drummer: Eagles of Death Metal, Queens of the Stone Age), was released by EBONA/ E. Lago Entertainment Group Hollywood. "Models of Virtue" was recorded and mixed by engineers; MIKE TERRY (Foo Fighters, The Eagles) at New Monkey Studios (Los Angeles, CA), by ED MONSEF (Smashing Pumpkins) at the Racho De La Luna (Joshua Tree, CA), and by ERIC TROOP at his home studio (West Hollywood, CA). "M.O.V." was produced by EVIE EVIL & HONEY B.* In January of 2007, "In The Spirit Of Resilient Optimism", was released by EBONA/ E. Lago Entertainment Group NYC. "I.T.S.O.R.O." was recorded and mixed at Million Yen Studios in Chicago by ANDY GERBER (Cheap Trick), and produced by EVIE EVIL. "I.T.S.O.R.O." features, EVIE EVIL (electric lead bassist & vocals), and JONNY "JOJO BEAV' " JONES (Seven Red Seven) on drums.* The lastest cd, is a 13 track double titled release called, "Enlightening Without Dazzling"/ "2 Berne Live".* The first title, "Enlightening Without Dazzling" includes 4 new original studio tracks, and a cover of Elvis Presley's Blue Christmas. "E w/o D" features; EVIE EVIL (electric lead bass, vocals, with a drumming debut on track #4), & JONNY "JOJO BEAV' " JONES (drums & percussion). "E w/o D" was recorded and mixed at Million Yen Studios in Chicago by ANDY GERBER, and is produced by EVIE EVIL.* The second title, "2 Berne Live" is an 8 song recording of a live performance in Berne, Switzerland. Recorded on September 28th, 2006, "2 Berne Live" features EVIE EVIL (electric lead bass & vocals) & JONNY "JOJO BEAV' " JONES (drums).* The 13 track, "Enlightening Without Dazzling"/ "2 Berne Live", double titled cd is scheduled for release by EBONA/ E.
