Looking for music made to sustain that driving force? Then look no further. Hailing from the rust belt of Ohio , THE FACIALS deliver their aggressive blend of sing along choruses and foot stomping breakdowns song after song. Lost in the world that birthed them, their songs call for evaluation of self, neighbor, and country.
Their debut album, Ingredients for a Revolution, was produced by Eddie Ashworth of Hideout Recordings (Pennywise, Sublime, 98 Mute, Great White.) In support of the album, the band toured along the East Coast and Midwest from New Jersey’s Asbury Lanes to A Fine Grind in St. Paul, Minnesota. THE FACIALS have also toured extensively throughout the tri-state area hitting up favorite spots including 2500 Club in Detroit and The Smiling Moose in their rival city of Pittsburgh . The band is also known internationally thanks to the Internet; THE FACIALS are pushing their CD’s from U.K. to Japan .
For their 2009 release, Minutes To Live, THE FACIALS teamed up once again with Eddie Ashworth to release their best work to date. At the top of their game, this hard working group is looking to take the next step into a larger arena full of newer audiences. Over the past year, determination and energetic live shows have earned them the spot to share the stage with the likes of Rancid, A Wilhelm Scream, Whole Wheat Bread, Misfits, The Explosion, No Trigger, Against All Authority, Loved Ones, Left Alone, The Briggs, Polar Bear Club, and Agent Orange. |
