The question we are asked most is ... what does the name mean?
In late 2005, Dave wrote a song called "Fire in the Heart", which became the title song of our 2006 CD. About that same time, Del was reading a novel by James Clemons, and came across the tribal word "Ferengata", which, in the fictional language of the novelist, meant "The Fire in the Heart of the Warrior". We were struck by this coincidence, and finding the name was not already in use, decided to adopt it as our band name, replacing the name we'd been using for several years, "Feedback".
