| Flaming Apes Head are a 3 piece alternative rock band from Liverpool playing a blend of up-beat funky punk and full on metal/grunge. With songs ranging from 90 second punk to 4 minute riff packed rock, and lyrics ranging from the poetic to the absurd, they offer an original and diverse set.
Andy + Neil started up their first band whilst still at school, and Si joined when Flaming Apes Head became a 5-piece! After losing 2 band members, the final Flaming Apes Head line-up was established.
Flaming Apes Head are now gigging regularly in Liverpool and Leeds, have recently won "Band of the Month", and "Website of the Week" from bandsunsigned.co.uk, and are currently mid-way through recording their debut album.
