| Dave Bernardi is a DJ, remixer, and producer of energetic club style Trance and Techno; he was active in club promotions from an early age around the Edinburgh club scene, having trained as a chef he decided instead to pursue a career in music.
In September 2004 Dave Bernardi went to college to study Dance Music Production successfully passing a NC level last year he is now doing an HND in Dance Music Production, he is currently DJing in Edinburgh and trying to establish himself through dedicated production in the underground dance scene using his past and present influences and his own originality.
In May this year he hooked up with long time friend and experienced guitarist Neil Young to work on new projects using a collection of his own material and ideas and Neil Young’s versatility, skill and creativity in acoustic, bass and electric guitar.
There first production ‘Circles of Life’ EP was signed non-exclusive by an independent digital label Total Wipes Production (Italy) in July 2005, and by August 2005 it was officially released worldwide to help promote there name in the U.S and E.U market.
Since then Dave Bernardi and Neil Young have successfully completed a remix project for Hari Seldon one of the labels producers called ‘Damrak’, and in return Total Wipes Production are currently working on ‘Circles of Life’ remix volume 1 which will be released November 2005.
Dave Bernardi and Neil Young are now producing under the name of ‘Futuro Disko’, so far under there new alias they have just finished there second EP ‘Robotic Rage’ a blend of fast tempo club style Trance and Techno, featured on the EP are ‘Phenomenon’, ‘My Beat Your Show’ and ‘Robotic Rage’ it will be officially released in mid-October by Total Wipes Production.
There first gig will be in the summer of 2006 in England at ‘The Other Festival’ a brand new summer festival which will showcase the UK’s best unsigned bands are artists in front of thousands of people.
Futuro Disko are currently working on another remix project ‘Shake My Head’ for another producer of Total Wipes Productions.
