| Born in Philadelphia, G-Zus Kriced wrote poems as a child. Growing up & coming into contact with several kinds of music started his rapping ambition in 1999. Having very little funds, he was left to freestyling, beatboxing, & random writing for the time being. In 2000, he and two other aspiring musicians (FLoW Masters & Royalty) had formed the ILLogical Records group. He had began recording in 2001 under the monicker "Gringo" by himself out of his house. By 2002, he had changed his alias and compiled enough tracks to drop his first album; Krusaficks. Dropping Resurrection in 2003 & a lot of b-sides later, he began working on & with original beats from his fellow labelmates. In 2006, he compiled his b-sides and made Missed in the Mix: 2003-2005, followed by Christrumentals; an all instrumental album, and his Premixtape, which includes drafts and remixes of tracks on the road to constructing his latest release; Anarchangel. He is currently working on an international intergenre music project entitled Universal Funk Connection. |
