The Debut album from Singer / Songwriter Gareth Wyn brings a fresh take on country ballad music.
It contains several stand-out tracks from the twelve original songs on this outstanding production.
Gareth`s songs are mostly influenced by the North American style of country music as can be found on tracks such as "Yr Unig Un" (the only one) and "Hen Frodorwyr" (native nation), a protest song about the mistreatment of the native Americans by the settlers.
Gareth`s previous talents have been spent as lead vocalist and guitarist with various country bands.
This experience has been instrumental in the production and compiling of these songs.
A talented Guitarist and Harmonica player, Gareth has used these instruments to great effect on this album, no wonder he has often been referred to as the "Welsh Garth Brooks".
Gareth is well known throughout England and Wales where he can be found at various venues performing his varied set, including ballads and country rock.
Gareth has also gained somewhat of a reputation in Europe, and particularly in the nightspots of Tenerife, an island where he occasionally lives.
